Nick has been working as a Gas Engineer since 1967.
Having served a 5 year apprenticeship with the Gas Board he left when the company started to ask engineers to sell new boilers rather than repair.
He set up Keeble and Lamble with his Brother in Law in the mid 80's and the company grew to have a strong reputation for honesty and quality service in the local areas. The company was disbanded in the 90's as the Partners we looking for different things from their working lives.
Nick continued by himself until Ted joined after changing career.
Nick is now semi retired and tends to work on the older boilers, but having over 40 years of experience there isn't much he hasn't seen when it comes to central heating systems.
Initially following a career in Marketing Ted joined his Father at Nick Keeble and Son in 2006.
Having completed a 2 year NVQ2 Qualification in 1 year, Ted continued to add his NVQ 3, Gas Safe, Water Regulations and Unvented Certificates to give him all appropriate qualifications to allow him to work on most domestic appliances.
Ted has not only got the advantage of being trained by Nick, thus learning all the "old school ways", he is also very knowledgeable when it comes to all the new advances in boiler technology and controls.
Ted took over the day to day running of the company 4 years ago and is the first point of call for all business communications.
